Resolved	Issue is completed
Mad Mobile Support Team is being Contacted	Ticket has been submitted or updated and Mad Mobile is investigating
Waiting for Customer	Issue is waiting for additional input from the customer
Under Review	Request that will need research and prioritization by the Mad Mobile product team
Development Pending
QA Testing Pending	Mad Mobile QA team is testing the fix to the issue
Included in Upcoming Release	Available For Upcoming Release
Customer Approval Pending	Issue has been resolved, but needs customer verification that this is true
