Maintenance Schedule

As our Concierge platforms continues to grow and evolve, it's sometimes necessary to perform system maintenance that may cause downtime. Also, for compliance reasons, we need to make sure the servers are patched with the latest security updates.

The standard system maintenance windows are Monday through Thursday from 1 a.m. to 8 a.m. ET.

In the rare cases that we expect more than a few minutes of disruption, or that we are performing a low risk change outside of this maintenance window, you will receive an announcement. All production changes are reviewed as part of the Mad Mobile change control process.We do not intend to perform maintenance every day Monday through Thursday; however, in most cases when maintenance is performed, it is not disruptive to customers. We are using these standard time-frames for cases in which the tasks being performed have a higher than normal level of risk for impacting the application. We always update our status site before we begin any changes and again when we those changes are complete. You can view details of the maintenance activities on our Status page.
