Collect POS Adapter logs from BOH PC

This article shows how to obtain the logs needed for troubleshooting, and how to troubleshoot a connection issue between ManuPad and the POS Adapter.

Instructions

Go to Windows services and restart PosAdapter and PosAgent, this will potentially fix a connection issue. See screenshot below:

 

 

From Windows explorer find the folder MM_POS_Adapter located at the root, c:\ as shown in the screenshot below:

(Highlighted is the version number)
